Terms and Conditions

AgentParker Studio (“AgentParker”) is operated by Bettr Branding and Marketing LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered at 213/208, G Block, Rajendra Park, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001, India. These terms apply to your use of agentparker.co and to every sample, plan or project you buy from us. By using the site or paying for a service, you agree to them.

Services

We provide creative production services delivered online: video ads, static ads, AI UGC, AI product visuals, short-form video editing and managed content. We sell no physical goods.

The scope, price and turnaround of each offer are shown on its page on this site, or in a written quote or agreement. A written quote or agreement forms part of these terms and takes priority if the two differ.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless your quote says otherwise. Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle and renew every month until you cancel. Work starts once payment is confirmed. If a renewal payment fails, work pauses until it is paid.

The $19 sample

The $19 sample covers one scoped piece of work, as described on the page you applied from. We accept samples case by case and send a payment link if the brief is a fit. If you become a monthly client, we credit the $19 toward your first month.

Plans, revisions and turnaround

Each plan includes the number of assets shown on its page. Unused asset credits roll over for one month, then expire. Each asset includes two revision rounds. If an asset misses because we misunderstood the brief, the fix does not count as a revision.

Pausing, cancelling and refunds

You can pause or cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. A 3-month or 6-month agreement runs as set out in that agreement.

The $19 sample is fully refundable, including after delivery. For other plans and projects, we do not offer refunds once we have delivered the first work product or first asset for the relevant order or billing cycle, including a first draft supplied for review. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate briefs and timely feedback, and to own or have permission to use everything you send us, including footage, likenesses, logos, product images, music and copy. You are responsible for how the delivered work is used, for any claims made in it, and for meeting the rules of the ad platforms and laws that apply to your advertising.

AI-generated work

Some work uses AI tools, including AI UGC and AI product visuals. You are responsible for checking this work before you publish it and for any disclosure that the law or an ad platform requires.

Ownership of work

Once the work is paid for in full, you own the final deliverables. Until then, we keep all rights in them. Third-party assets such as fonts, stock footage, music and AI tool outputs stay under their own licences and terms.

We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. We do not show or credit white-label work or work covered by an NDA.

White-label work and confidentiality

White-label work ships under your agency's name, and we will not contact or credit your clients. We keep your business information, logins, footage and unreleased work confidential and use them only to deliver the service.

No guarantee of results

We make creative for advertising and content, but we do not promise any specific result, such as views, leads, sales or return on ad spend. Those depend on many things outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a billing cycle or project you have already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
