Refund and Cancellation Policy

AgentParker Studio (“AgentParker”) is operated by Bettr Branding and Marketing LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered at 213/208, G Block, Rajendra Park, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001, India. This policy covers cancellations and refunds for every sample, plan and project bought on agentparker.co or invoiced by us.

Before we deliver anything

If you cancel before we have delivered your first work product or first asset, we refund what you paid for that plan or project.

What counts as delivery

The first delivery is the first creative work product or asset supplied for your order, such as a video edit, static design, AI visual or other agreed deliverable, including a first draft supplied for review. Delivery happens when we send the file or provide access through email, Frame.io, a shared folder or your agreed workspace. It does not depend on approval, publication or use. An invoice, onboarding email or request for a brief is not a work product.

After the first delivery

Except for the fully refundable $19 sample, once we have delivered the first work product or first asset, payments for that plan or project are non-refundable. This applies to payments covering the agreed plan or project, including any prepaid 3-month or 6-month agreement. For a separately billed renewal cycle, the cutoff applies when its first work product or asset is delivered. Unused asset credits are not refunded; they roll over for one month as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

If a delivery misses the mark, the remedy is revisions. Each asset includes two revision rounds, and a fix for our misunderstanding of the brief does not count as one.

The $19 sample

The $19 sample is fully refundable, including after the sample has been delivered. The first-delivery cutoff for other services does not apply to the sample. You can request a full refund of the $19 by emailing us with your payment details. Two revision rounds are included if you choose to continue working on the sample. If you become a monthly client, we credit the $19 toward your first month; any refund is adjusted for credit already applied so the same payment is not returned twice.

Cancelling or pausing a monthly plan

You can cancel at any time by emailing anshul.mittal@bettr.studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you are not charged again. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You can also pause a plan instead of cancelling.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice, or charged for a payment that failed, we refund the extra amount in full as soon as it is reported or noticed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money may take a few more days to show in your account. Payment gateway and currency conversion charges levied by third parties may not be refundable.
