Shipping and Delivery Policy

AgentParker Studio (“AgentParker”) is operated by Bettr Branding and Marketing LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered at 213/208, G Block, Rajendra Park, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001, India. We sell digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping charges apply.

How work is delivered

All work is delivered online as exported files, through Frame.io, a shared folder, your project management tool or email. Written posts are delivered in the shared workspace, and published where your plan includes publishing support.

When service starts

Onboarding starts within 1 business day of payment confirmation. We send you next steps and where to share your footage, product images or brief.

Delivery timelines

Times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday) from when we have everything needed to start.

• $19 samples: the turnaround stated on the page you applied from.
• Monthly plans: the turnaround and monthly volume stated for your plan.
• Custom projects: the timeline in your written quote.

Delays

If a delivery is going to be late, we tell you before the deadline with a new date. If something you were sent is missing or will not open, email us and we resend it within 1 business day.
