Founder and Managing Partner

Milco established Hyde Park Commercial to pursue a disciplined, opportunistic approach to commercial real estate in Texas. His background spans both engineering and private equity, giving the firm a distinctive edge in evaluating complex, capital-intensive assets.

Prior to founding Hyde Park, Milco served as Vice President at Milden Distribution, where he managed approximately $50 million in oil and gas equipment projects across South America. This operational experience directly informs how the firm underwrites and manages assets.

Hyde Park Commercial and its partners bring over 10 years of combined private equity experience across real estate finance, engineering, and property management, allowing the firm to execute across the full investment lifecycle.
